Our Goal

With the fast paced lifestyle most humans have, mental health often isn't at the forefront of our minds. This website is meant to provide some advice and tips in order to not only get started but to also maintain a healthy mental status. Being physically active is just one component in leading a healthy life, nourishing the mind is the other component.  Many people don't believe mental health needs work or attention but there are many mental disorders that show otherwise. 

What is Mental Health? 

According to the CDC, mental health involves our emotions, relationships, and thought processes. Our mental health has an influence over how well we think things through, how we act in social settings, and how we handle the stress we encounter throughout our lives. Clearly our minds have a huge impact on our behavior, so lets get into all the different ways we can improve our mental health!
